WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS CORAL?
The Mint Tip Goldfinger Torch is a striking Euphyllia glabrescens variety prized for its long, flowing tentacles with vibrant golden stalks and contrasting mint-green to icy white tips. Its elegant, swaying motion makes it a standout feature in LPS-dominant and mixed reef aquariums.

CARE LEVEL
Easy–Moderate
Suitable for established reef systems with stable parameters.

WATER REQUIREMENTS & GENERAL CARE

• Temperature: 24–27 °C
• Salinity: 1.024–1.026 (32–35 ppt)
• pH: 8.1–8.4
• Alkalinity: 8–10 dKH
• Calcium: 400–450 ppm
• Magnesium: 1250–1350 ppm
Stable parameters are essential for long term health, colour intensity, and consistent polyp extension.

LIGHTING
• Moderate
• PAR Range: 80–150 PAR

Moderate reef lighting encourages strong coloration and full tentacle extension. Gradual acclimation is recommended to avoid light stress.

PLACEMENT
• Bottom / Lower–Mid rockwork

Place on stable rockwork or sandbed with adequate clearance from other corals, ensuring the skeleton is well supported.

FLOW
• Low–Moderate

Provide gentle, indirect flow that allows the long tentacles to sway freely without whipping or retracting.

FEEDING
• Photosynthetic: Benefit from feeding
Recommended feeding schedule:
• 1–2 times per week
Accepted foods:
• Finely chopped mysis or brine shrimp
• LPS pellets
• Reef roids or fine powdered coral foods
• Liquid coral foods or amino acids

Target feeding supports faster growth, thicker tentacles, and enhanced coloration.

COMPATIBILITY & BEHAVIOUR
• Temperament: Semi aggressive
• Long sweeper tentacles, especially at night
• Requires ample space from neighbouring corals
• Can be kept with other Euphyllia species if sufficient spacing is provided

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Family: Euphylliidae
• Origin: Indo-Pacific
• Natural Habitat: Protected reef slopes and lagoonal areas with gentle to moderate flow
• Typical Depth Range: 5–30 m
